Project Description
Replace 2010 Chevy- flatbed truck with a 3200 pound 1990 crane. The truck is used for lowering pumps into lift stations, manhole repairs, and roadside heavy lifting.
Project Justification
Based on anticipated mileage and maintenance costs, the vehicle and the crane will reach the end of its useful life by FY 2026. Vehicles and equipment are routinely evaluated and confirmed prior to the year of purchase based on a vehicle scoring model.
