Installation of a new kayak launch that would allow users to navigate the Prairie Hill park pond.
Project Justification
This was identified in the most recent Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (CORP). A kayak launch would give users in town a location to recreate in a new way that Grand Chute has never offered before.
