Project Description

Phase 1 capital improvements are as follows: 2,800 feet of 24-inch sewer upsized to 36-inch sewer (from end of interceptor near Fox River to 500 feet east of Interstate-41 along Prospect Avenue). 10,400 feet of 30-inch sewer upsized to 36-inch sewer along Prospect Avenue (from 500 feet east of Interstate-41 to Casaloma Drive) and along Casaloma Drive (from Prospect Avenue to W. Lawrence Street). Add a third 18-inch parallel siphon pipe along Prospect Avenue.

Project Justification

Upsizing of sanitary sewer is recommended for infrastructure improvements to account for future development within the town and to address any deficiencies noted from the system-wide evaluation.
