Segregate electrical lines in Town Hall for emergency functions.
Project Justification
If the building were to operate solely on generator power, segregated emergency generator circuits would allow the building to have emergency functions and continue to operate without overloading the system. This was identified as a need in the MEPC Buidling Asesssment completed in 2022 as part of the Town Hall Space Needs Study.
