Project Description
The roadway improvements include reconditioning of the existing pavement in Grand Chute Blvd from CTH A to the Fire Station as well as miscellaneous roadway enhancements including new sidewalk, terrace/street trees, traffic calming measures, and entrance features.
Project Justification
Tax Increment Finance funds are proposed to facilitate roadway improvements and enhancements along the Town Center District corridor.
