Project Description
Build out the Town Hall upper bonus room. Project involves converting the space into additional offices/cubicles, a conference room and storage area. Design dollars include an estimated amount to also evaluate and design the lower level bonus room space and an overall space utilization plan for both the existing upper and lower level employee workspaces. This will allow for strategic decision making on expansion projects moving forward.
Project Justification
As the town continues to grow and add more employees to Town Hall, there is a need for more office space and an additional conference room.
