Project Description
W Brewster St (Bluemound-Lilas) will have a full depth mill and overlay of the existing roadway pavement. It will include constructing a 5' sidewalk south of roadway between Popp Ln and Lilas Dr to provide connectivity to existing sidewalk to the west. Curb & gutter will be spot repaired. Water main will have hardware replaced and hydrants/valves evaluated. Sanitary sewer will be reviewed and replaced as needed.
W Brewster St (Lilas-Lynndale Frontage Rd) is planned to be urbanized with curb and gutter and storm sewer. Construct 5' sidewalk south of roadway to provide connectivity to existing pedestrian facilities. Sanitary sewer will be reviewed and replaced as needed. Water main will have hardware replaced and hydrants/valves evaluated.
N Rexford St (W Darling St-W Brewster St) will be reclaimed and paved as part of this project.
Project Justification
Roadway is in poor condition. Drainage is poor. No bike/ped facilities are present.
