Project Description
Capitol Dr (Bluemound-Lynndale) will be urbanized with a 5' sidewalk along the south side of the roadway, curb and gutter and storm sewer. Capitol Dr (Capitol Frontage Rd-Bluemound) will be pulverized and paved with on-street bicycle lanes.
Project Justification
Pavement is in poor condition. The roadway also does not include bicycle and pedestrian facilities and is identified in the Bicycle and Pedestrian Strategy to include these facilities.
